For one day a year, the fringe takes over the north. Prior to 2018, venues and shops throughout St. Johns play host to No Fest, in which dozens of experimental artists, musicians, and performers bring their weirdness to the entire neighborhood.  Green Anchors PDX is now the official host venue of this day, into the night, long live music event.
